One of the more recent properties on Neil Island, Sarthak Residency is just one year old and is situated on the road between the jetty and the famous Laxmanpur (Sunset) Beach. Their rooms are new and in good condition, which is a big plus. They have ten rooms in all, a combination of both air conditioned as well as rooms without AC, all of them with hot water and a television. While bike rentals and ticket bookings are easily arranged by the staff, they don’t help organise snorkelling trips or jungle treks. The attached restaurant is a favourable and convenient option for guests and its food has been liked by visitors. The hotel is also in the vicinity of Neil Islands’ several other favoured restaurants and is a big plus for guests who want to eat at different places for each meal.
